Huawei’s Nova 3i, sold in Europe as the P Smart+ (2018), has just received the security patches for December 2019, March 2020 and April 2020.

Over the past few months, our P Smart+ (2018) did not receive any updates, with the last one we received being the security patch for November 2019. While we regularly checked for an update, both through the smartphone with a SIM-card and through HiSuite on a PC, the device claimed to have the latest update available each time, until today, with four patches received at once. This sudden avalanche of patches includes the updates released in December 2019, March 2020 as well as two separate updates for April 2020, for a total of 1.88GB in size.
These various updates change the version from INE-LX1 9.1.0.264(C432E1R1P1) to INE-LX1 9.1.0.293(C432E1R1P1) and is, as previously mentioned, an impressive 1.88GB in size.
