Huawei’s MediaPad M5 Lite has just received December’s 2020 security patch.

As per usual, Huawei’s MediaPad M5 Lite has just received a new update, including December’s 2020 security patch. It is unclear when Huawei intends to stop supporting this device, although a possible explanation to this impressive track record, at least compared to other devices of the brand, is the fact that numerous retailers in Europe still sell this tablet as new. Sadly, this update doesn’t include any other changes, as per usual.
This new update changes the version from BAH2-L09 8.0.0.338(OCEC431) to BAH2-L09 8.0.0.339(OCEC431) and is 169 MB in size.
The patch notes read as following:
