Huawei’s Mate Xs has just received February’s 2022 security patch.

In late February 2022, our Huawei Mate Xs received EMUI12, bringing multiple new features, a new UI and further system optimization. However, this new major system update didn’t include any security patches, leaving the security patch level of our device on December 1, 2021. This changes with Huawei’s latest update, which includes the security patches released in February 2022.
This new update changes the version from TAH-N29m 12.0.0.218(C432E4R2P4) to TAH-N29m 12.0.0.228(C432E4R2P4) and is a surprisingly large 323 MB in size.
