Huawei’s Mate 9 just received Google’s security patch for May 2019.

Not even 2 weeks after receiving April’s security patch, Huawei’s Mate 9 has received another patch, this time including Google’s security patch for the month of May 2019. Contrary to the last patch, this one doesn’t carry any other changes.
We are rather surprised at how fast Huawei released this update, taking in account they already released an update for this device 2 weeks ago, while other devices such as the Mate 10 Pro and P20 Pro have yet to receive May’s security patch.
This new patch changes the version from MHA-L09 9.0.1.179(C432E7R1P8) to MHA-L09 9.0.1.191(C432E7R1P8) and is an impressive 364 MB in size.
