Huawei’s Mate RS Porsche Design just received a small patch at the end of the first week of September, fixing a Wi-Fi issue.

Some 2 weeks after receiving Google’s security patch for August, Huawei just released a small patch, fixing a Wi-Fi issue.
This new patch changes the version from NEO-L29 8.1.0.152(C721) to NEO-L29 8.1.0.152(C721patch01) and is barely 7 MB in size. The patch was labelled as “Important system patches”.
The patch notes read as following:
- This update fixes an issue where a Wi-Fi scanning prompt repeatedly popped up in certain scenarios.
Once updated, the phone didn’t need to be restarted.
