Huawei’s P30 Pro has just received a minor patch, optimizing system compatibility with some third-party applications. This isn’t the first time we’ve received such patch on our P30 Pro, having received a similar one at the beginning of September of this year. However, the previous system update improved overall system performance. In this case, while we can’t tell for sure which third-party applications Huawei is referring to, we can mention the example of the Twitter app on the Huawei Mate Xs, which, on launch, didn’t work properly, until the manufacturer rolled out an update similar to this one.
This new minor update didn’t change the version, leaving it on VOG-L29 10.1.0.161(C431E23R2P5), but adding the mention of “System parameters” next to it. The patch is only 8.87 kB in size.
The patch notes read as following:
- [Apps] Optimises system compatibility with certain third-party apps.
