Huawei has decided to launch another variant of their MateBook, this one being the MateBook 14.

As the name implies, the MateBook 14 is a Matebook with a 14 inches display, slightly bigger than the regular MateBook X Pro. It shares most of the specifications of the MateBook X Pro, although with some differences.
The screen to body ratio remains similar, at 90%, thanks to a borderless display. The 1 MP webcam is positioned the same way as on the MateBook X Pro, under its own dedicated key on the keyboard, allowing for this screen-to-body ratio of 90%, as well as more privacy. The notebook also comes with more ports, allowing for more connectivity.

As with the MateBook X Pro, the MateBook 14 supports all the new Huawei Share OneHop functions, such as screen recording, file transfer and clipboard sharing.
The MateBook 14 will be available in the following configurations:

- i5-8265U/i7-8565U
- 8GB/16GB RAM DDR4 LPDDR3 at 2133 MHz
- Nvidia GeForce MX250 2GB GDDR5, only on some versions
- SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe 256GB/512GB
- 1199€ for i5/1499€ for i7
- Space Grey/Mystic Silver/Rose Gold
Huawei liking to be difficult, there are multiple versions of the MateBook 14, some with an i5+8GB RAM+256GB SSD+touchscreen, others with the same configuration and without the touchscreen, etc. Here’s a summary of the multiple versions listed on Huawei’s website:
