Honor shared on Weibo some pictures of the packaging box of the upcoming Honor 30S.

As we get closer to the launch of the Honor 30S, the company is slowly building up hype by posting various teasers on Weibo, in China. Two days ago, we got the confirmation that the Honor 30S would be unveiled on the 30th of this month, just 4 days after the launch of the Huawei P40 series. Furthermore, the Honor 30S will be powered by the new Kirin 820, replacing the one-year-old Kirin 810, with this new SoC being compatible with 5G. One thing we didn’t mention is that this new Kirin 820 will also have various AI features thanks to its NPU, although, at this point, this is nothing new, with most of Huawei’s and Honor’s devices having various AI features, either on the software-side or the camera.
Coming back to this new teaser, there isn’t much else to say about it, since it’s essentially just the box of the product, confirming once again its name, Honor 30S, on top of the device being compatible with 5G:
