Skyscraper sold for over 5 billion dollars in Hong Kong

A skyscraper owned by Li Ka-shing, one of the richest businessmen of Hong Kong, has been sold for over 5 billion dollars.

​With 73 floors and 346 metres tall (antenna included), it is the 5th tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong.

Ka-shing’s society has, after announcing the sale, said that this proves the real estate market in Hong Kong is very healthy, and that it is not slowing down.
