On the 30th, Honor is expected to launch a new device, the Honor 30S. So far, the company has shared various teasers of this new device, confirming, for example, that it comes with the new Kirin 820 and that it is compatible with 5G. But this launch will also include another device, the Honor Play 9A, which has been teased through Weibo yesterday:
From the little information provided on this teaser, we learn that the Honor Play 9A can last up to three days on a single charge, pointing to either a big battery or a low-end SoC. Due to the overall design, we can tell this phone is a “budget”, low-end device, due to the dual-camera on the back and the rather simplistic design. We can also see a waterdrop-notched display, housing the front camera, and a grill speaker right on top of it. On the back, we find a fingerprint reader, a dual-camera with a flash right in between the lenses, and the mention of “F1.8 PDAF”, being “f/1.8”.
